Gaining Access to Procurement Oversight & Delegation
Prior to your first use of Procurement Oversight and Delegation, you must gain access rights to the program.
- To do this, contact one of your agency "Superusers" of the Statewide Procurement Division (SPD) web application portal and request membership into the Procurement Oversight & Delegation application.
- View a complete list of state agency "Superusers".
- After gaining access to the Procurement Oversight & Delegation application, login to the Comptroller's Web Applications Portal and click on “Procurement Oversight & Delegation” to begin the process.
