We strongly encourage both professional and personal growth at CPA. The Professional Development Division offers a wide variety of training and development opportunities throughout the year, including:

• Monthly in-person and virtual, instructor-led courses to develop essential skills, improve performance and increase effectiveness.
• Access to Skillsoft, an online training resource with on-demand access to courses, videos, self-assessments, podcasts, e-books and audio books.
• Leadership Development programs that offer opportunities to develop essential management and leadership skills, work collaboratively, create strategic partnerships, and cultivate a professional network to have a lasting impact on the agency.

Individual divisions focus on job-specific training and other external training opportunities where attendance enables employees to learn from experts in their field.
