Requirements for Reporting and Paying Franchise Tax Electronically

Select the amount of taxes you paid in the preceding state fiscal year (Sept. 1 – Aug. 31) to find the reporting and payment methods to use.

No Tax Due

For reports originally due on or after Jan. 1, 2024, the No Tax Due Report has been discontinued. If your entity previously qualified to file a No Tax Due Report, see our Changes to No Tax Due Reporting for 2024 Reports webpage for your new filing requirements.

The law requires all No Tax Due Reports originally due on or after Jan. 1, 2016 and before Jan. 1, 2024 to be filed electronically.
