Licensed Customs Broker Export Certification System (LCBECS)

Customs brokers licensed in Texas must complete their Export Certifications online.

A customs broker or authorized employee using this system for the first time must register to obtain a Personal Identification Number (PIN).

Each authorized employee will need an 11 digit identification number.

Licensed customs brokers can use this system to add, change, cancel, view or print an export certification.

The system will walk you through the process step by step.

The first time you use the LCBECS system, you will need the temporary password that was mailed to you.

The certifications are PDF files. You must use Adobe Acrobat Reader to view and print the certifications.
