The Data Analysis and Transparency division publishes an annual report listing sheriffs’ and constables’ fees for services rendered, as set by their respective county commissioners courts.
The Criminal Investigation Division enforces Texas tax laws by detecting and investigating felony and misdemeanor tax and tax-related crimes and publicizing its cases.
