Art and Music Make Me Happy

Zarina – future art / violin teacher

I still want to be an art teacher because I love art and like to teach children. This year I started learning to play the violin. Since my last essay, I decided I want to be an art teacher and a violin teacher. I will still need to get a bachelor's degree, a teaching certificate, and teaching experience. Now I will have to take lots of art and music classes.

I moved to a new school and a new city this year because my mom lost her job. I miss my friends a lot. One of the good things about my new school is that I get to play the violin. I have always wanted to play the violin.

My violin teachers inspire me to play new songs and to be creative. I practice every day so that I will improve. My art teachers inspire me to try different types of art. They taught me that art is all around me, and I should use my imagination. I attend music concerts and museums so that I can learn more about music and art. I try new music and types of art so that I can learn more.

I want to have a good career and have a good job. I think being an art and violin teacher would be a good career because there are lots of schools who need teachers. I also plan to volunteer at hospitals and museums to share my knowledge and love of art and music with children.
