The Marine Biologist

Kaden – future marine biologist

Whenever I grow up, I want to become a marine biologist. I dream of earning my doctorate degree in marine biology at Texas A and M Galveston.

I am interested in marine biology because my whole life I have been in love with the ocean and marine life.

To become a marine biologist, you need a good background in, math, physics, chemistry, and biology. It is recommended that you have a masters or doctorate degree in marine biology, but you don't necessarily need it. A marine biologist can have many opportunities. Examples are working at a zoo, an aquarium, a state or federal government agency, or [as] a college professor.

In researching this career, I used my schema. I was required to write a research paper in school on my career choice last school year. I looked at various websites to gain more knowledge about the subject. (I enjoy researching many random things that interest me a lot). I have attended a marine biology summer camp over the past four summers.

My dream is to become a marine biologist with a doctorate degree at Texas A and M Galveston (I also want to become famous for saving the blobfish species. I think they are so cute!).
