When I grow a little older I would enjoy studying marine biology. A job as a marine biologist really speaks out to me because I am very curious and have always liked to explore new things. Since 95% of our oceans are unexplored I think this could be a very challenging and suitable job for me. I would get to work with many different animals but I would enjoy working with dolphins and whales the most. I am really intrigued by dolphins because they are some of the most intelligent mammals on the earth.
Becoming a marine biologist would take a lot of practice and skill. It is also not a job that anybody can do because you have to have just the right amount of patience and training. I would love to go to Texas A&M to earn a four year bachelor's degree in marine biology. I would like to go to A&M because I have read that they have a really outstanding marine biology department.
I learned about this profession by researching jobs that had to do with both animals and working in the ocean. When I read more about marine biology I knew that it would be a perfect fit for me. Since so much of our oceans are unexplored there should be many opportunities for me to get a job as a marine biologist after graduation. I would be very interested in getting a job near the coast and working with others that could teach me new things every day.
I would be extremely fortunate to become a marine biologist because it is something that I would really enjoy doing. I am really excited to see what the future has in store for me as a marine biologist!
