I want to become a Real Estate Agent. There are many qualifications to meet before making it official. I also have to determine the general requirements for becoming a Real Estate Agent in my state. The requirements change from year to year. There is an exam I'll have to pass that differs in every state. To take this the minimum age requirement is 18 or 19 years old, and you must be a US citizen. You would at least need a high school diploma. I am going to attend college for my bachelor's degree and my master's degree. The salary range is between $37,151 (10%) and $59,061 (90%) with the median range being $38,886.

I would be a Real Estate Agent in the Caribbean. I already have my boater's license so I could drive my customers to the island, house, bungalow, etc. It would be beneficial to get my pilot's license so I could fly them anywhere. I could just hire a pilot and pay them to drive us, but that would be extra expense. I found out I wanted to be a Real Estate Agent because my Parents watch 'Million Dollar Listing' a lot on Bravo. The show 'Extreme Makeovers' is fun to watch and so is 'House Hunters' and 'Flip That House" I kept watching those shows and I got really attracted to them.

That's what I want to be when I grow up. And those are the steps I need to take to get there! "Never let go of your dreams." -Anonymous
