My dream has always been to not let animals suffer. Animals play a big part in my life and that’s why I want to become a veterinarian. Both my mom and dad love animals. They have a dog named Lucky before I was born so Lucky became my older brother and my best friend since I was a toddler. When I was seven years old Lucky got very sick and sadly passed away due to kidney failure. My parents and I couldn’t do anything but watch helplessly. Everyone was heartbroken and it was the saddest day of our lives. After that tragic incident, something sparked in my heart. If I have one wish, that would be to help all those suffering animals in the world by becoming a veterinarian. Just like how I feel about Lucky, I am sure most people treat their pets as friends and a family member. I would like to be a veterinarian and did some research at education-portal.com. I know what I have to do to achieve my career goal. I worked hard in school so I could excel and get good grades. I know after getting a bachelor’s degree, I also have to get certification in veterinarian medical school and obtain lots of experience from internship. It’s lots of work but I am confident that I will succeed because I am determined. I promise myself never to let any pet owners to feel the same way I did when I was seven years old. I would like to volunteer to help people that own pets but can’t afford taking their pets to a veterinarian. I want to work out a program that can help these people and their pets. I believe in myself and my parents believe in me too. I’m confident and am on a mission to save as many lives of animals as I can.
