When I grow up I want to be a Fashion Designer. Designing clothes and accessories is my kind of thing! Making clothes and coming up with original patterns is like me painting creative paintings. Fashion Trend? Oh, I always know what trends are going around!

Being educated is very important when you’re a Fashion Designer. Most occupations in this zone require training in vocational schools, related on-the-job experience, or an associates degree. Training – Everyone needs training before they do something. Employees in these occupations usually need one or two years of training involving both on-the-job experience and informal training with experienced workers. A recognized apprenticeship program may be associated with these occupations. Experienced workers work the best so I would also need a lot of experience. I can’t just go into a job and wing it! Being experienced is the most recommended thing for me and everyone else. Previous work-related skill, knowledge, or experience is required for the occuptions. For an example, an electriction must have completed three or four years of apprenticeship or several years of vocational training and often must have passed a licensing exam in order to perform the job. My knowledge needs to grow. I need to know Mathematics, Communication and Media, and Computers and Electronics. I am awesome at Electronics already. Also, I need to know Production and Processing, even Sales and Marketing.

Tasks for a Fashion Designer are pretty simple. I mean it’s not as hard as trying to ride or shave a polar bear! I have to be skilled at drawing patterns. I need to attend Fashion shows, visit showrooms, and sew together fabric. Adapting other designer’s ideas is what I need to do for my mass market.

I can handle all of that! I mean I will be mature and an adult. My name is Hayden and I think I’ll be an excellent Fashion Designer!
