Ownership InformationCMBL/HUB Registration
Select whether the owner information is for an individual or a business entity.
Fill in the form accordingly and select Save.
Information pertaining to all individuals and business entities with an ownership interest in the company applying for HUB certification must be entered, accounting for 100% ownership interest of the company.
If the first owner holds less than 100% of the company, you will be asked to Add Another Owner.
When 100% ownership interest of the company is accounted for, you can select Submit All Owners.
Once submittede, you can edit or delete any of the owners on the list using the links on the right.
