Credit Card Acceptance: Identify the credit card(s) your company currently accepts as a method of payment.
Texas Resident Bidder : In accordance with Texas Government Code Section 2252.001, a Resident Bidder refers to a person whose principal place of business is in the state of Texas, including a contractor whose ultimate parent company or majority owner has its principal place of business in Texas.
Small Business: In accordance with Texas Government Code Section 2006.001, a Small Business is identified as a legal entity, including a sole proprietorship, partnership or corporation, that is formed for the purpose of making a profit, is independently owned and operated, and has fewer than 100 employees or less than $6 million in annual gross receipts.
