Complete Your RegistrationCMBL/HUB Registration

Your registration is not complete until the correct documents are notarized and mailed to:

Please allow up to 30 days processing time for applications/payments made by mail.

For HUB Certification:

1. Select Print HUB Certification Application Summary to print out the HUB Certification Application Summary Page. The HUB Certification Application Summary Page must be notarized and signed.
2. Select Print Required Documentation Checklist to print out the Required Documentation Checklist page identifying the documents you will need to submit with in order to verify your company's eligibility for HUB certification.
3. Mail your signed, notarized HUB Certification Application Summary page and supporting documents to the address identified on HUB Certification Application Summary page (within 60-days).

If other business entities hold ownership interest in your company or if your business structure is a Joint Venture, please call (888) 863-5881 to determine the documentation you will need to provide.

You must complete the documentation above before paying the CMBL fee.

For CMBL Registration

To complete your CMBL registration, you must pay your $70 registration fee. This can be done by mail or online.

To pay online, select Pay CMBL Fee, choose the method of payment and complete the payment process.
