Place of business

A commercial business location from which cigarettes, cigars and/or tobacco products are:

• sold;
• kept for sale or consumption;
• otherwise stored;
• a vehicle from which cigarettes, cigars and/or tobacco products are sold; or
• a vending machine from which cigarettes and/or tobacco products are sold.

First Sales Date

This date cannot be more than 90 days in the future or fall before the sales tax start date. If your start date is prior to the current date you must contact our offices.
