Texas Taxpayer ID: The Texas Taxpayer ID (TPID) is an 11-digit number issued by the state of Texas.
The Sales Taxpayer Search tool can help you find previously issued TPIDs. If the entity does not have a TPID, please email us or call 844-519-5676 to create one.
Entity Name: The full, legal name of the special purpose district. Do not use initials or abbreviations.
Phone Number: The primary phone number of the special purpose district's main office.
Website: The website address of the special purpose district, if applicable.
Primary Contact Title: The professional title of the primary contact for the special purpose district.
The contact can be, but does not have to be, an officer of the special purpose district.
Primary Contact First Name, Primary Contact Middle Name, Primary Contact Last Name: The first, middle, and last name of the primary contact at the entity.
Primary Contact Email Address: The email address of the special purpose district's primary contact or main office. Please use an email address that will be used for follow-up communications regarding this legislation, such as a business email account.
Type of SPD: Select from the dropdown menu the type of the special purpose district. If the SPD type is not included on the list, select Other and properly identify the type in the space provided.
Select Continue to save the information and move to the next form.
