Total Sales: Enter amount rounded to the nearest whole dollar, the Total Sales Amount (not including tax) of all services, sales, leases and rentals of tangible personal property for this period for each outlet, this includes non-taxable sales. Enter 0 if no sales occurred during this period.
Taxable Sales: Enter amount rounded to the nearest whole dollar, the total amount of Taxable Sales, services, leases and rentals of tangible personal property including associated service charges made during this period. Enter 0 if no taxable sales occurred during this period.
