Change contact information, security question or password.
You user profile contains your user ID, name, email address and phone number. You must keep your information confidential and current. Current information will enable the Comptroller’s office to provide you with better customer service.
Your User ID must be 10-25 characters – letters and numbers only.
Enter your ID in the space provided and select Check Availability.
If you receive the message The desired User ID is available. continue with the rest of the form.
If you receive the message The desired User ID is not available, choose a new ID.
Answering the security question is required for recovering your user ID or resetting you password.
If you are already logged in, you will be asked to enter your current password.
Enter a new password.
Your password must be 10-25 characters long, and have:
Confirm your password
Re-enter your new password and select Update to save your changes.
If you see Error - Password does not match Confirm Password, try again.
If you see Error - Password is not 8 characters, select another password that is between 8 and 50 characters long.
If you see Error - Password must contain at least one character from each of the following categories: upper case letters, lower case letters, numbers, and special characters (- . ! # $ & / ( ) * + , : ; ? @ _ [ ] { } | ~), select another password that meets the criteria.
