Chapter 312 New Reinvestment Zone Reports

The Reinvestment Zone Report contains:

  • a table with basic reinvestment zone information;
  • a detailed report for each individual reinvestment zone; and
  • a downloadable spreadsheet with all the basic information about that zone.

The reinvestment zone reports are submitted to the Comptroller by July 1 of the year after a zone is designated (Tax Code, Section 312.005). A Redesignation of Reinvestment Zone Report can be submitted as often as a zone is modified.

These reports depend on the lead taxing units providing complete and accurate information to the county appraisal districts submitting the reports.
